1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"za888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the za888 online gaming platform accessible at za888.one, operated by its licensed parent entity under applicable international gaming regulations.

"Player" / "you" / "your" / "the User"

Any natural person who has registered a za888 account or who accesses or uses any part of the za888 platform in any capacity.

"Account"

The personal registered account opened by a Player on the za888 platform, through which that Player may deposit funds, place wagers, and request withdrawals.

"Funds" / "Balance"

The PKR amount held in a Player's za888 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings where applicable.

"Bonus Credit"

Any promotional amount, free bet, free spin credit, or cashback sum credited to a Player's Account under a za888 promotional offer, subject to the wagering requirements of that specific offer.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, or any other wagering product offered by the za888 platform.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which za888 confirms a Player's identity, age, and the source of funds, as required under international gaming compliance standards.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the za888 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the za888 platform's own access policies, as updated from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the za888 registration process, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise using any feature of the za888 platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the za888 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and za888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

2.3 za888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 14 below. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the za888 platform and, if you hold an Account, contact support to request closure.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a za888 Account or place any wager on the platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. za888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.2 Age Verification. za888 may request a copy of a government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, or driving licence — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by za888 will result in suspension of the affected Account.

3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not register or attempt to use the za888 platform if you have previously requested self-exclusion from za888 or any other gambling platform and that exclusion period remains active.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a za888 Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) za888 Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where za888 identifies duplicate accounts, za888 reserves the right to merge those accounts, close the duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your za888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. za888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify za888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

za888 is required to conduct KYC checks in accordance with the requirements of the gaming authority under which it operates. You agree to provide any documentation requested by za888 for KYC purposes — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — within the timeframe stipulated by za888. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. za888 may conduct KYC checks at any time, not only at the point of withdrawal.

4.5 Account Currency

All za888 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account Balances, transaction history, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are all expressed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PKR via supported local payment methods.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

za888 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed at the point of deposit and withdrawal within your account.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. za888 may impose lower deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming or risk management considerations apply.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 PKT on business days are processed the same day, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed on a best-effort basis with network confirmation times governed by blockchain conditions. za888 absorbs USDT TRC20 network fees — players receive the full requested amount.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met: (a) your Account KYC verification must be complete; (b) the payment method used for withdrawal must match or be traceable to the payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations.

5.5 Transaction Fees

za888 charges zero fees on deposits and withdrawals via all supported PKR payment methods. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player and are not within za888's control. USDT TRC20 network (gas) fees are covered by za888.

5.6 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to your za888 Account, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. za888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited to any Account and may suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory evidence being provided.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by za888 are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's specific terms. Wagering with Bonus Credits on games excluded from that bonus offer will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Credits carry an expiry date. Bonus Credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements on the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Player's account bonus wallet.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. za888 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free wagers to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, za888 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the Account.

6.5 za888 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any in-progress wagering requirement at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will continue to be honoured on the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the za888 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. za888 may void a bet in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game where legitimate grounds for voiding exist, including but not limited to: data feed errors, event cancellation, market suspension errors, or system malfunction.

7.2 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the za888 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and competition on the za888 platform. Cricket betting markets covering PSL, international T20Is, Test matches, and ODIs are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the za888 sports betting rules documentation.

7.4 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrectly displayed price, payout, or outcome, za888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the Player's Account. za888 is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a system error that are subsequently voided.

7.5 Disconnection Policy. za888 is not responsible for any loss of bets or winnings arising from Player-side internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device failure. Where a live game round is interrupted due to a server-side disconnection attributable to za888, the applicable game provider's disconnection policy will determine the outcome of any affected round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the za888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform without human oversight;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings — any such winnings must be reported to za888 support and will be voided if not reported;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live games, or any other interactive game format;
• Any form of money laundering, including using za888 deposits and withdrawals to layer or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with markets offered on the za888 sportsbook;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing za888 support staff or other Players in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 za888 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. za888 does not encourage Players to gamble beyond their financial means, and the platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within any registered Account.

9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.

9.3 Session Time Alerts. Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger a notification after a defined period of continuous play. These alerts are intended to encourage periodic breaks and self-assessment during gaming sessions.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting za888 support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits will be accepted, and all marketing communications to the excluded Account will be suspended immediately. Reactivation of a self-excluded Account requires formal confirmation from the Player after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

10. Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the za888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the za888 platform without the prior written consent of za888. Unauthorised use of za888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the za888 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of access.

11.2 za888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player to their za888 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 za888 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. za888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude za888's liability for death or personal injury caused by za888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination & Closure

12.1 Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your za888 Account at any time by contacting za888 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Balance in your Account (excluding Bonus Credits not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.

12.2 Closure by za888. za888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (c) a Player has provided false or misleading information; (d) a Player's Account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory compliance risk; or (e) continuation of the Account is not in the interests of responsible gaming.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, za888 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, Bonus Credits, and pending winnings. Where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing, all eligible funds will be returned. za888 will communicate the basis for any za888-initiated Account closure within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Disputes & Complaints

13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your za888 Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the za888 platform, you should contact za888 customer support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility available on the platform. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. za888 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the first-tier support process, you may escalate the matter to za888's compliance team by contacting support and requesting escalation. A senior compliance officer will review the matter and provide a written response within 14 business days.

13.3 All disputes regarding game outcomes will be investigated with reference to the server-side game log, which constitutes the definitive record of all game events. In the event of any discrepancy between the Player's display and the server log, the server log shall prevail.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 za888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the za888 platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

14.2 The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the za888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 prior to the amendment's effective date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which za888's operating licence is registered, as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.

15.2 za888 operates under international gaming regulations. The platform's gaming licence and regulatory framework are accessible via the licensing authority referenced in the platform's footer compliance section.

15.3 Nothing in this Section shall prevent za888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect za888's intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

15.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
